∼∼南瓜红枣鸡粥∼∼
食材
米 140克
红枣 5-8粒
南瓜 200克
鸡腿 1个
玉米粉 1茶匙
姜 20克
蚝油 2汤匙
盐 ½小匙
清水 1公升
准备
将鸡腿去皮洗净,然后在砧板上将鸡腿肉和骨分开,把肉切成小薄片,放入碗中。然后把玉米粉和盐加入碗中,倒入20毫升的水搅均,将鸡腌制十五分钟左右。将鸡骨留下备用。
在砧板上,将姜去皮洗净,然后切成姜丝备用。
在砧板上,将南瓜外皮和种子部分去掉,洗净再把南瓜肉切成厚片备用。
将红枣洗净,在砧板上将红枣切开去掉种子备用。
做法
首先,将米洗净加入一公升的水。
待水煮沸后,将鸡骨、红枣和南瓜倒入锅中,待水再次煮沸时,盖上锅盖,转小火继续熬。
间中,用勺子搅拌一下锅底部,以免底部熬焦了。如果发现水分不够,就再加入一些沸水,以免水煮干了把粥煮成饭了。差不多一小时后,粥就差不多熬好了。
打开锅盖,将鸡腿肉和姜丝倒入锅中。然后盖上锅盖用大火将粥再次煮沸。大概五分钟左右鸡肉就熟了。
待粥熬好了,就可将耗油加入,搅拌均匀即可。如果喜欢吃更咸一些,可再多加一些耗油或盐调味。
调味好了,就可以将粥取出碗中摆上桌慢慢享用了。
