Kearala style dall curry (tradisional)

Ingredients:

Dal: 1cup

Turmeric powder: 1tp

Green chilli: 3

Onion: 1 medium

Tomato: 1small

Fenugreek: 1/2ts

Curry leaves

Salt

Mustard:1/2ts

Coconut oil: 2tp

Red chilli:2-3

Garlic: 3-5 piece

Take a pressure cooker pour 2 cups of water add dal, fenugreek, turmeric powder, tomato, green chilli, onion cook for 15-20 min
Take a pan pour some coconut oil add mustard, curry leaves, red chilli and crushed garlic mix it well add boiled dal stir it well leave it for 5 min on flame finally dal curry is ready to serve
