Breakfast with a american movie feeling. I am from a time when Home alone was a big hit, who remembers this movie? I watched 109 times and when December comes I watch it again with the children 😁 My first breakfast when I stepped in New York for the first time in the year of 2000 was pancake with syrup, of course ... A teenager, eating pancakes at a diner, this restaurant was 24 hours of pure American gastronomic joy, washed down in fat and sugar, the salads were also wonderful, lie, there's no way I could know cause I only ate junk food at that time, but probably was good. The white snow falling on street, I hardly knew that in 2 days that almost edible snow would turn into ice rinks that would throw any mischievous and newly arrived teenager on her butt, its part of the game.
Since then, the Home alone movies and the Diner with the smell of coffee and bacon, that every time I make pancakes, I enter a nostalgic mode.
Here's the miracle recipe full of secrets 😉

Super Fluffy American pancake
1 1/2 cup of wheat flour
2 or 3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups warm milk
1 egg
5 tablespoons melted butter
Optinal: vanilla extract, fruits like blueberry, chocolate drops.
To make life easier and to do it fast, beat in the blender, milk, butter, egg and vanilla. Put the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix, then add the blender mixture, you do not have to stir too much. Heat a frying pan and brush a little oil, olive oil or butter. Put a spoon of the mixture, fry on both sides. To serve you can use honey, karo, syrup, maple syrup or agave, molasses, fresh fruit, melted butter, ice cream ... use your imagination.
