Ham Bone Soup
Ingredients
one ham bone with some meat
one onion, diced
one (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
one (15.25 ounce) can kidney beans
three potatoes, cubed
one green bell pepper, seeded and cubed
four cups water
six cubes chicken bouillon
Instructions:
Place the ham bone, onion, tomatoes, kidney beans, potatoes, and green pepper into a three quart or larger slow cooker. Dissolve the bouillon cubes in water, and add into the slow cooker.
Cover, and cook on High till warm. Reduce heat to Low, and continue to cook for five to six hours.
