Ingredients
Colocasia (200 grams)
Cashew (50 grams)
Green Chili (2)
Salt (as per taste)
Ghee (for frying)
Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
Boil the arbi by adding a little salt.
And make cashew paste.
Mash the Colocasia and add cashew paste, green chilli and ghee to it and mix.
Now make the meat balls from this mixture and fry them shallow in the pan.
After turning golden brown, serve it with curd.
