Ingredients
Ginger
Water
Ground cardamom
Sugar
Black tea
Milk
Cooking
Peel the ginger and grate.
Place the ginger and cardamom in a pot of water.
Cook for 6-7 minutes, until the water turns yellowish.
Add sugar and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
Then add tea.
After 1-2 minutes, pour in the milk and cook for a couple more minutes.
Strain the finished drink through a sieve and pour into cups.
