Ingredients

• 500 g of cabbage;
• several feathers of green onions;
• a few twigs of parsley;
• salt - to taste;
• 4 eggs;
• 200 g of sour cream;
• 220 g of sifted flour;
• 1 teaspoon baking powder ;
• a little vegetable oil.
  
  

Preparation

Thinly chop the cabbage and cover it with boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the liquid, add chopped greens and salt and mix.

Whisk the eggs, sour cream and a pinch of salt. Pour in the flour mixed with the baking powder and mix until smooth.

Combine cabbage and dough and place in a greased baking dish. Bake cake for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 ° C.
