Broccoli Rabe
Ingredients
one pound broccoli rabe, trimmed
five tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
one clove garlic, minced
one tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS

Ready In: 40 minutes
Let a large pot of salted water to a boil. Slice an X in the bottom of the stems of the broccoli rabe and put in the boiling water. Cook till tender but still firm, about five minutes. Drain.
In a large heavy skillet over medium flame, heat olive oil and fry garlic for one to two minutes. Mix in the broccoli rabe and saute ten to fifteen minutes, or till desired doneness. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired.
