Hello everyone!
If you had never tried bulgur- this is the reason to make this recipe already.
It has a high content of protein, iron, phosphorus and other beneficial trace elements compared with buckwheat or rice.
Therefore, if you are an athlete or you watch your figure. If you are making a healthy food or just love to eat - here is the quick recipe that could cook each of you for just 35 minutes.
we will need:
1 medium zucchini
1 medium eggplant
1 Cup of bulgur
2 cups of water
salt, pepper
3-4 tbsp of soy sauce
olive oil
bunch of greens ( cilantro, parsley, dill, Basil)

Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Put the pan on the fire, add the olive oil and sauté the vegetables until Golden brown (slightly salted).
Meanwhile, chop the herbs and prepare the bulgur with the water.

Remove the pan from the heat, put the vegetables in any container and pour the bulgur in the pan, so that it completely covered the surface of the pan.
We need the bulgur to fully absorb remaining oil and to be slightly heated. It will take 2-3 minutes.
3 step
Pour the bulgur with water in the ratio 1: 2 ( 1 Cup of bulgur to 2 cups of water) and cook for about 20 minutes. Don't forget to salt it.
4 step
When the bulgur is almost ready - put the vegetables, the chopped salad, 3-4 tablespoons of soy sauce to it. Lightly pepper. Stir and let it stew under a lid for about 5-7 minutes to let the scent of fresh herbs, roasted vegetables and taste of spices combined with each other.
And now, our dish is ready and you can easily invite all the guests to the table.
Here is the basic recipe and you can change it depends of your taste preferences.
Remove zucchini and add some Parmesan cheese, tomatoes and garlic - one of the options. It can be eaten as a separate dish or a side dish with fish or vegetables. In any case, the acquaintance will be pleasant!
