Lightly salted cucumbers

in recipe •  7 years ago

August is the time for harvesting and harvesting for the winter. Pickling, pickling is a long and troublesome process. And sometimes you do not feel like messing around with banks, or the situation does not allow. A few years ago I discovered for myself an excellent alternative to ordinary pickled cucumbers. I was told about it by my mother's friend. By the time it does not last long, takes a total of 30 minutes, and as a result, you get wonderful delicious lightly salted crispy cucumber!

What we need for this:

  • cucumber 1 kg
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • sugar 1 tsp.
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • fresh dill 1 bunch
  • pepper black ground to taste (or you can chili 0.5 pod)
  • polyethylene bag

And now cooking:

Cucumbers to rinse, trim the edges and pour cool water for about 15-20 minutes to be saturated with moisture and become more crispy. But it is not necessary. If the cucumbers are well watered and they are fresh, then they will crunch.
If the cucumbers are small, put them in the package entirely. If large, it is better to cut into several parts. Along or across - someone like it!
Garlic chop and add to the cucumber. Pepper, salt and sugar there. Dill rinse and chop. And you can put some twigs.
The package must be tied, releasing excess air from it. You can make two packages for reliability, one in the other, so that they do not tear.
All thoroughly shaken to mix well, and sent to the refrigerator for 25-30 minutes. Periodically shake (this is optional).
That's all! You can crunch!
Perhaps this recipe is already familiar to many, but I'll be happy if someone comes in handy))).
