4碗白饭
材料B:
2大匙虾米,浸软
1粒洋葱,切粒
100g虾仁
2条红辣椒,切粒

50g包菜,切粒
50g四季豆,切粒
调味料:
1小匙盐
1大匙生抽
1小匙黑酱油
少许麻油和胡椒粉
做法:
1,白饭加入调味料,备用
2,烧热3大匙油,爆香虾米和洋葱,加入虾仁和红辣椒炒匀。将蛋液加牌入炒散。
3,最后加入白饭一起炒匀,再加入包菜和四季豆炒匀即可上碟享用。

2 tbsp dried prawns, soaked
1 onion, diced
100g prawn meat
2 red chillies, diced
2 eggs, beaten
50g cabbage, diced
50g french bean, diced
**SEASONING: **
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp light soya sauce
1 tsp dark soya sauce
dash of sesame oil and pepper
**METHOD: **
Mix white rice with seasoning and set aside.
Heat up 3 tbsp oil, saute dried prawns and onion until fragrant. Add in prawn meat, red chillies and stir well. Add in beaten eggs and fry until set.
Add in white rice and stir-fry until well mixed. Lastly add in cabbage french bean and stir well. Dish up and serve hot.
