# RECIPE: Bacon Jam #

Take your incendiaries before start: -

5 garlic cloves, sliced
2 medium brown onions, chopped
4 teaspoons brown sugar
Tabasco sauce according to taste and alternative
1.1 / 4 cup powdered coffee
1/5 cup apple cider vinegar
1/5 cup maple syrup
Black Pepper - Extra Water
1.1 / 4 pounds bacon, cut into small pieces (or use regular bacon and liquid smoke)

Take a non stick pan and roast bacon in batches until it starts with light brown and crisp.

It is spread on medium heat as onion and garlic spread to bacon fat in transparent.

Convert bacon onion and garlic into a heavy base cast iron vessel and mix the remaining ingredients except water.

It is stirring every 40 minutes or more adding 1/2 water of 1 cup of water for 2.1 / 4 hours.

Wait for about 30 minutes to be ready for cooling and then keep it in the food processor. Pulse for 5 seconds so you leave some texture to the jam or of course you can keep whizzing and make it smoother and more paste.

This serves as an appetizer on Krusty Roti on its favorite burger grilled cheese.
