Yesterday I had guests. And I decided to surprise them - made a cheesecake.
The guests really liked my dish, so I will share a recipe with you.
Curd - 1 kilogram
Sugar - 1 glass
Sour cream - 3 tablespoons
Eggs - 3 pieces.
Vanilla - 0.5 packs
semolina - 5 tablespoons
Raisins - 150 grams
Mix cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream, eggs, vanilla.
Add semolina and raisins. Again, mix everything and bake in a slow cooker, 40 minutes. (if this is an ordinary oven - 1 hour)
Decorate as you like.
The recipe is very simple, so you will succeed, even if you make a mistake.
