Hawaiian pizza with pineapple

Ingredients:
Water - 1.5 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 0.3 Glass
Flour - 4 cups
Dry yeast - 2 teaspoons
Tomato salsa - 0.5 cups
Mozzarella - 300-400 gram
Bacon - 150-200 gram
Ham - 150-200 gram
Pineapple - 150-200 gram
Mushrooms - to taste
Basil - 2 tbsp. spoons
Spices - to taste

Serves: 5-6

In warm water to dissolve a packet of dry yeast.

Mix the salt with the flour, sift flour advise. Add the flour in vegetable oil, knead the dough.

Approached brew yeast, add the flour mixture. Knead light yeast dough. Can you give the test still to come, and you can immediately begin to cook a pizza.

The finished dough roll and place in a form, making bumpers.

Ham cut into cubes. Bacon also slice and fry until golden brown.

Pineapples canned (or fresh), cut into cubes, too, like ham. You can optionally add mushrooms: ordinary mushrooms or shiitake.

Brush pizza base pizza sauce, not sparing (can take salsa or tomato paste), then sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese (or cheese cut into pieces) and apply evenly on the workpiece. Also evenly ham, bacon, mushrooms, pineapple, and you can even add herbs to taste.

Send pizza bake for 10-15 minutes in a well-heated oven (up to 220-250 C). The finished pizza with Hawaiian pineapple can serve with additional cheese, herbs and olive oil. Bon Appetit!
