Ingredients:
200g cottage cheese
2 tablespoons icing sugar (no slides)
30 g butter
80 g of chocolate
1 packet of vanilla or vanilla sugar
Toppings: caramel, jam, coconut - at your discretion

Preparation:
1. melt the chocolate in a water bath. Silicon brush grease molds (silicone I) with a thin layer of chocolate. Remove the molds in the freezer for 3-4 minutes. (I cleaned for 10 minutes). If necessary, you can repeat the application of chocolate on those places where there are "gaps" and send it back in the freezer for 2-3 minutes.
2. While the chocolate hardens, rub the cottage cheese with the powdered sugar, vanilla and softened butter.
3. We get molds from the freezer, fill 1/3 of cheese mass, put in the center of the filling, fill to the end of cottage cheese. Top lubricates cheese melted chocolate and put them in the fridge to feed. (Again, I took her for a few minutes in the freezer, to the top layer of chocolate a little podostyl, and then shifted in the refrigerator).
About storage of the cheese are not talking, as they simply evaporate in the same day.
