Vinegar
Cut bottoms and tops off of beerts and place in saucepan and cover beets completely with water. Bring to boil and boil about 10-15 minutes. Turn off heat and cover with lid. Let stand in hot water until completely cool. Insert knife to detect tenderness. Knife should insert and retract easily to determine if they are cooked through. Drain beets and skins will peel off with gentle pressure from your hands or with a paring knife. Cut or dice to your preference and season to your tastes with above listed ingredients. Get creative using flavored oils and vinegars that you love. You can't go wrong. Delish!!!!👌
