Herbal Protein Balls
1/3 cup sunflower or almond butter (organic)
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup or raw honey
3 tablespoons maca powder, licorice powder or collagen
a dash of fine ground sea salt
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and roll into 2" balls and put in the fridge for 12 - 20 mins. Enjoy.
