RECIPES OF MUJAIR FRUIT FLAVOR FROM WOLF, SILENT & FRESH

Material:
- 2 medium size mujair, cleaned, tangled
- 1 orange juice, water is taken

Sambal Matah Material:

- 6 pieces of red pepper, sliced
- 2 stalks of lemon grass, white, finely sliced
- 4 pieces of orange leaf, discarded leaf bone, finely sliced

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar

How to make
Stir well the finer spices, lime juice, salt, and fish mujair. Let stand 30 minutes. Fry in oil that has been heated to yellow tanned.
