LEMONIC CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 can of fat coconut milk

• 0.5 cups of lemon juice

• 1 teaspoon of lemon zest

• ¾ cups of powdered sugar

• ¼ cup cornstarch

• 0.5 teaspoon turmeric

• 1/8 teaspoon of salt

PREPARATION:

1. In a water bath on medium heat, mix coconut milk, lemon juice and lemon zest together.

2. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, cornstarch, turmeric and salt. Combine the mixtures, and mix up thoroughly for 5 minutes. Stir until the mixture thickens.

3. Filter, allow to cool for an hour, cover and remove for the night in the refrigerator.

4. Whip the next day with a whisk. And spread out to the banks.
