Tofu Pasta with Light Carrot:

 ingredients:

100 g of well-drained tofu;
1 medium carrot;
Salt, extra virgin olive oil, oregano and basil to taste.

Method of preparation:

Cook the carrot so that it is easy to knead consistency
Mash it with a fork (or mixer), add the tofu and seasonings until it forms a paste and serve.
