Mango marmalade
INGREDIENTS
• 3 medium mangoes
• 1 ¼ cups of water
• ¼ cup of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• A pinch of ginger
PREPARATION
- Cut the mango into pieces. He must be very mature.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar to your liking. Add the pinch of ginger
- Bring to a boil in a pot with enough water for 25 to 40 minutes or until it thickens. With a large spoon, stir the mango until it acquires the consistency of jam
- And ready, place it in the container.
Note: sterilize the container where I put it, boiling it for 20 minutes in enough water
