Mango marmalade
INGREDIENTS
• 3 medium mangoes
• 1 ¼ cups of water
• ¼ cup of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• A pinch of ginger
PREPARATION

  1. Cut the mango into pieces. He must be very mature.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar to your liking. Add the pinch of ginger
  3. Bring to a boil in a pot with enough water for 25 to 40 minutes or until it thickens. With a large spoon, stir the mango until it acquires the consistency of jam
  4. And ready, place it in the container.
    Note: sterilize the container where I put it, boiling it for 20 minutes in enough water
