No salad is complete without the perfect dressing. This dressing is so simple to make and goes so well with a variety of flavors, that it’s easy to get carried away and use on almost every dish.
Balsamic is my favorite. The subtle tang and unique flavor of balsamic vinegar is the perfect pair for the sweetness of honey. I like to drizzle this on scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and of course, any salad. It's also great for marinating tofu or roasted veggies.
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Vigorously mix with a whisk until fully combined. Enjoy as a marinade or on your favorite salad.
Keep refrigerated for up to two weeks.
It seems easy to cook it. I'll try it some day
