A quick salad suits almost every meal. Appetizer variant: If you omit feta, onions and cress and put the salad on a toasted slice of white bread, you get a classic Italian bruschetta.
Ingredients:
- 5 large tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50g feta
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Basil, dried
- Cress
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation:
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and place in a large bowl.
Finely chop onion and garlic and mix with the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta.
Add olive oil and balsamic and season it with salt, pepper and basil.
Finally sprinkle some cress over the salad.
