CHRISTMAS STUFFED TURKEY WITH APPLES, PINEAPPLE and CHEESE

Ingredients
1 fresh turkey 5.5 kg, washed with cold water and dried with paper towels
1 1/2 onion, cut into quarters
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 heads of garlic, cut in half
1 lemon, cut into quarters
Celery, rosemary, thyme
40 ml of olive oil
2 tablespoons salt
