The Japan Bank Consortium launched a Ripple pilot with two large Korean banks - the first time money moves from Japan to Korea over RippleNet.
so this might be a good chance for Ripple coin to bounce to 4th rank.
maybe this is a good sign that ripple might even jump off to 2nd place by the end of 2018.
