Man...the day I first heard this south London trio, they blew my fucking mind. Musically and lyrically, they reminded me of the love child of both the Digable Planets and the Fugees, both of whom I've loved since day one. That all three crews are trios of two men and a woman is not a similarity that's lost on me.
Old school vibes on the track, both in terms of production and lyrical flows, especially when they all three begin rapping in rounds and all together with the chorus. Their EP "A Handshake to the Brain" is also wildly fantastic, but this track comes off the mixtape "A Little More Elbow Room," which you can download for free HERE.
