This southern soul gem was produced by Eddie Bo aka. Edwin J. Bocage aka. Spider Bocage, one of the most prolific and obscure NOLA producers in the same time 🎶
Famous for releasing a slew of 45s in the 60's/70's - only slightly fewer than Fats Domino, they say - he cut this fervent stomper around 1970-72 with Marilyn Barbarin on vocals, who was somehow misplaced on the label by another black vocalist, Juanita Brooks 🎤
One of my very favourite soul tunes!!!
