La recreación es la experiencia vivida en las actividades que realizamos en el tiempo libre que nos producen placer y a su vez nos transforman, debido a que para ser recreación debe generar desarrollo en el individuo. !
I currently have the opportunity to take a masters in Recreation and I confess that I am in love with her. I have understood that recreation is not just about games or fun. Recreation is the experience lived in the activities that we do in our free time that produce pleasure and in turn transform us, because in order to be recreation, it must generate development in the individual. !
La recreación es lo máximo, porque por medio de ellas se pueden transformar sociedades, educando a las personas a hacer uso adecuado del tiempo libre, invirtiendo ese tiempo en actividades aceptadas por la sociedad que le produzcan placer y de esta forma mejorar su calidad de vida.
Recreation is the most, because through them you can transform societies, educating people to make proper use of free time, investing that time in activities accepted by society that produce pleasure and thus improve their quality of life .
