I was trying to get in my favourite yoga class the other day but do some odd circumstances, it didn't happen. So today I have decided to take responsibility for my own flexibility and to do my own class in my room.
Well I had a lot of moments when I wanted to quit: the wrong type of mattress, not the perfect music, one of my leg was hurting and so on. If I would listen it would be a lot of reasons why not to do that practice. Luckily I am in the period when I don't listen to complains.
My most inspirational teacher on YouTube is Adrianne (I do hope she is doing well in term of money) and I was surprised to find out that she is also doing a series since the beginning of this year, almost perfect timing with my red January.

I love Adrianne!! She really is an amazing teacher <3 I've been doing yoga "with" her on and off for years. She's a really lovely lady. And yeah, I assume she's doing pretty well ;)
I've been following along the Dedicate program too, though I hurt my wrist the other day, so I've had to stop and switch to yoga that does not involve my hands for a few days.
I think these 30 day programs are great to make you stick to it.
Honestly, I think at home yoga is way more fun than at a gym ;) Keep it up!

I cannot imagine your type of yoga with no hands :)) but I am so glad you do have options. Yes maybe, this year I am going to work hard on commitment. At least I am going to do my best anyway ;)
