Red January Day 4 - 8km walk

Today I chose the easy peasy walk in the park type of fitness. I do walk every day at least 5km and I am really glad if I have any chance to do more. Today a walk with a friend having an interesting chat about voodoo and religion, helped me go over my usually 5k up to 8k as you can see. Is not hard and no sweat was involved, but some of the days need to more to the leisure side of life.
