You have to be approved by Red Pulse to be able to invest in ICO, otherwise you have to wait until it gets to an exchange for normal trading. The ICO starts this Sunday.

    @marek87 yep this is true, without that you are approved there is now way to invest in this ICO.
    I received my email yesterday that is all clear for me
