• Buyer shall send at least 4000 BTS to the “nowcoin-referral-pool” account, AND indicate the BitShares wallet address of the Referrer as a comment upon the transfer (the person who invited him to NowCoin);
  

• The Buyer will receive NowCoin in exchange for the received BTS at the price of 4 BTS per NowCoin from the “nowcoin-referral-pool”;

• The Referrer will receive a bonus of 10% in NowCoin from the “nowcoin-reward-pool”;

• The Buyer will also receive a bonus of 10% in NowCoin from the “nowcoin-reward-pool”;

• The “nowcoin-referral-pool” account will forward the BTS income to the “nowcoin-exchange-pool” where it would be locked until the Final Airdrop.
