Follow up, Starbucks policy.

I recently wrote a rant about Starbuck's policy. I wanted to follow up, with an update.
After a good while, Starbucks contacted me and explained...
There Corporate stores, and franchises. The stores inside Targets, are not corporate stores. They don't always follow corporate policies. (Witch is lame) So... for me.... no more franchise Starbucks. I want my refill!
