Giant ball causes standstill in central London

A giant balloon was suspended above Oxford Circus in central London ahead of an art festival. One of the capital's busiest streets was brought to a standstill after strong winds caused it to move about too much.

Not sure today is the best day for an air balloon installation in Oxford Circus.
