Hugo César Blanco Manzo (Caracas, September 25, 1940 - Ibídem, June 14, 2015), better known as Hugo Blanco, was a Venezuelan musician, composer, performer, producer and arranger, author of several internationally known compositions.

He was one of the children of the marriage of César Blanco Vásquez and Carmen Manzo Perroni. Hugo Blanco at the age of twelve began his interest in Venezuelan music to such an extent that he made frequent visits to radio stations to observe how the musicians executed their music. instruments.
