My Nation - Teflon Artist [New Song]

in reggaetube •  5 years ago

Every new record production is for the singer and the whole team behind the project, literally a challenge. The doubt of whether it will be accepted or not, whether it will be liked or not, well, uncertainty is part of the process. But I must assume that nobody has a crystal ball to guess what is going to happen. And this is no reason to be paralyzed.

This time I bring a new song, which was released to the world on February 7 this year, entitled "My Nation " by the artist:

Teflon

The real name is Sha-neil Watson, he is an artist born in Jamaica, specifically from the Jamaican parish of St Mary's of Rastafarian philosophy. He is a singer of Dancehall and Reggae music.

I leave below the video of the song that he has recently released:

My Nation

Reggae Dance Riddim- ℗ 2020 Ireland Records

As you can see this new track has a pretty catchy beat, a voice that is very original with some hip hop rhythm at times, which gives the music variability.

Some other information about the artist:

  • The meaning of his artistic name (Teflon): "To teach each one the eternal love over the nations ".

  • He started his musical career when he was only 10 years old, in the school music festivals. At that age he also participated in the church choir and played the drums.

  • He is the only one in his family who sings professionally. He is a fan of Bob Marley, Jacob Miller, Sizzla and Michael Jackson.

Let's hear another song from this artist, this time in the Dancehall genre:

Teflon - Vacancy (Official Video)

The previous video is very well elaborated, with a quite interesting format, it shows a lot of dialogues, and a length of more than 5 minutes that is something unusual in current songs. In a very urban atmosphere and rhythm.

With this last video I conclude the information of this artist, hoping that his musical style has been to your liking.

I leave some of his social networks to visit him:

Thank you @mistakili for the commentary and support.

If I make this new artist know, I'm already achieving something.

Great to the pint reviews as always. Another question. What are you using to make your covers?

Hello @dmilliz
guarantees for the valuation.
The truth is I use the most basic thing in the world, and that is Power Point. I don't use any other program.
A little creativity and even with the few options that in term of image editing can offer power point and you can do some nice things.

Damn you are good.. I would never had imagined Ppoint. So how do you vector the images in Powerpoint like that? Very impressive.

ha ha ha
What a laugh. Nobody can imagine it because there are so many editing programs that, well, power point is already obsolete for these things.

There is an option to remove the background to the images. I used that in school at some point, and I thought it might work for this. It's always at the top left edge of the screen. And in INSERT, one basic images, frames, triangles, one overlay to the other. And I play with that. What's more, the frame of the main image of this post is three squares of different sizes and colors, plus an inverted triangle, the artist's image and the logo of the tribe.

That's it. It's a play of colors and shapes.

Thank you @dmilliz for valuing my work.
