"She Didn't Show Up!" - Avoiding Dating Disasters

in relationships •  6 years ago

Hey, Infinite Men!

Coach Mike here, with a situation that I'm sure a lot of you will be familiar with:

It's been nearly an hour and she's still not here...

You check your texts - nothing. You check your email (how would she even have your email?) - still nothing.

It looks like she's not showing up - and she didn't even have the decency to let you know.

You've been stood up my friend. Flaked on. Ghosted.

And IT SUCKS!!!

Oh man does this one suck! This dating disaster is the worst of all the disasters because it's a totally un-salvageable waste of your time.

At least with the other disasters you have some warning signs leading up to them, and some hope of turning things around and still having fun.

When your date doesn't show up though, what can we really do?

Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's video!

No - there's not much we can do to prevent a SPECIFIC instance of getting stood up - BUT...

there are a few things we can do to make ourselves GENERALLY prepared for the possibility so that when it inevitably does happen we won't have to feel the worst.

Today I talk about what to do when you get stood up, how to directly or playfully confirm a date, how long to wait for them to show, and how to know if they deserve a second chance after standing you up.

Be Ballsy, and enjoy!
