How to use : Turn on hot water and let the bathroom steam up , then poor a couple drops on the walls and shower curtain )
- also looks for Eucalyptus Lotion in a small bottle that you can carry with you and apply around your face and hands when feeling stressed out.

#2 Classical or Spanish guitar Music to wind down
How to use : stream Pandora " Mediterranean Nights Radio " station
#3 Intimacy
- This one requires another person so it may not be as easy for everyone but if able to can help blow off a lot of steam, so get busy under those sheets.
#4 Hot Tea
Look for specific stress balance teas , Chamomile , Immunity now Tea Elder berry highly recommend if your feeling nerve wrecked
