Lavender… what a marvelous smell full of magic, love, freedom, poetry and deep relaxation, also lavender is one of the most beloved flowers by artists of all times…
Did you know that Leonardo da Vinci’s favorite smell was a mixture of lavender and roses essential oils which tender fragrance was forming particular meditative mood of the master, so he could concentrate on the creation of his masterpieces and be inspired by the aroma and relaxed.
Nowadays lavender is not only one of the most loved flowers associated with French Provence, it’s the number one fragrance used for total relaxation, meditation and romantic attitude, but also one of the three most powerful aromas used for amortization the living space to prevent influenza as well as for the immunity strengthening, moreover some people use lavender essential oil as a natural perfume.
LAVENDER TEA AND QUALIFIED AROMATHERAPY IS USED TO AVOID:
increased anxiety
sleep disorders
cardioneurosis
migraine
neurasthenia
heart palpitations
arrhythmia
flatulence
low blood pressure
chronic fatigue syndrome

HOW CAN WE USE LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OILS IN OUR EVERYDAY LIFE?
There are 2 most common ways to use natural lavender essential oil of the best quality:
SEA SALT AROMA BATHING
So, if you like bathing, SPA and wellness, why not to transform your bathroom into your personal SPA salon at home, at least for 15-25 minutes. Does it sound great, doesn’t it?
FOR ONE BATHING YOU’LL NEED TO:
Fill your bath with the warm water as you prefer.
Take one kilogram of the high-quality sea salt.
I prefer English salt with magnesium, actually the best one.
Moreover, magnesia as well will take away all your stress and negative emotions while minerals will take care of your skin and natural beauty.
Lavender essential oil. Put 5-9 drops on salt before putting salt in the water.
Let the sea salt melt in the water and relax!
P.S. you can also amortize you salt first, then put in in the bath and only after that start filling your bath with warm-hot water as you like. This way also might be even faster.
Have a cool shower after the bath and make yourself a cup of green tea or drink a glass of water.
