Colossians 3:23-24
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Brethren, let your service to God be from your heart because your reward is from above. Dont be a worker who only get reward from humans, dont be an high servicer who works for God for people to see.

Thy Lord will reward your efforts towards the expansion of his Kingdom.
