If He/she.. He/she is not A Muslim.

Because ISLAM DOES NOT ALLOW TERRORISM

TERRORISM IS AGAINST ISLAM

No one can blame the whole Religion for some people who are not
even Muslim!

They are just using Islamic/Muslim Names for their own purpose
and agenda
