What's stupid is that people blindly mock the understanding of others without educating themselves of what others believe. They would rather ignore evidence, avoid discussion, and publicly criticize and belittle those who have beliefs different than their own.
All of this just because they refuse to accept responsible of themselves and the fact that there very well could be a God as documented throughout the history of our earth and seen in the very creation around us.
Some stories are tough to understand but that doesn't mean we mock them, push them aside and ignore them. We study and learn. There is a lot of sense in what has been written.
