The Real Meaning of 'You Must Be Saved.'

Let’s dig deeper into some life-giving truths from one of my most favorite portions of Scriptures. Acts 4:12, in The King James Version:

“Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved…”

You notice He uses the word ‘must.’ What does that exactly mean to you as a born again Christian?

Does it mean you go around pointing and yelling loud at unbelievers saying’ ‘You must be saved! You will go to hell if you don’t!’ Of course not. You may lose them to hell forever with that kind of an unwise preaching of The Gospel!

I want you to see something. That The Name of Jesus is given among men so that they must be saved.

When you receive all that The Lord Jesus did for you in His death and resurrection, you will have faith in His name or faith in the ability of His Name to deliver to you whatever He has promised you.

Faith in The Name of Jesus will ensure that you must be saved.

No matter what comes your way. You must come out safe. It is so because you are already the delivered. As far as God is concerned, you are always marked safe. Therefore if an attack happens, you must be saved, because He has marked you safe.

The Word here is ‘must.’ It connotes a certainty of happening. It cannot fail. If need be, all resources will be pulled in that direction to enforce it to the letter.

Did you notice that Scripture says that ‘He has given his angels strict charge over your life, to accompany, protect, assist, help, take care of, act on the behalf of, preserve, watch over, defend and guard you in all your ways and in everything that you do? (Psalm 91:11).

Well if that’s the case, then certainly you must be saved whatever harm satan would bring your way!

The angels are with you to enforce the decree that you must be saved.

You rest on that.

You will only dwell in quiet resting places, far from fear and any type of harm!
