The evolution of Adam - a conundrum

in religion •  7 years ago

I've studying the first few chapters of Genesis deeply from Jewish sources, including Rashi, Ramban, and others. One book or teacher, I unfortunately, I don't have the source, said that the Torah (Bible) is literal except for the very beginning and the very end, which is Kabbalah.

One reason I switched from Christianianity to Judaism is that I feel I was robbed from many of these great teachers and sources that are rarely mentioned from the church pulpits and courses. So I strongly believe you won't begin to understand Genesis and the creation unless you delve into these Jewish sources. Perhaps I'll post some of what I've been studying soon.
