Talmudic Scholar Rabbi Daniel Boyarin has an excellent book on the subject that explains in great detail this ancient Jewish term "Bar-enosh" a Divine Son of Man ... (small face of YHVH) .....     Wow, really? The Son of Man is the small face of YHVH? That sounds exactly like Zeir Anpin of the Zohar, and if that is what is meant by the one like a Son of Man then it all makes sense. I'd love to know more on this identification.
