Today I would like to look at Revelation 21 verse 6 to 7
6)And he said, “It is done! I am the first and the last, the beginning and the end. To anyone who is thirsty I will give the right to drink from the spring of the water of life without paying for it.
7)Those who win the victory will receive this from me: I will be their God, and they will be my children.
Just as God completed the creation work, and Jesus completed the salvation work, the Trinity will fulfill the entire salvation plan. All the saved will be invited to be part of the new creation. We are already new and reborn, but we are still living in the old creation.
In biblical terms to be thirsty is to have a longing for God. When we are with God, this longing will be fulfilled and our thirst will be quenched for ever and we will never be thirsty again. The victory will be ours and we will be with our Father in heaven.
