Sincerely speaking I think it is very unwise, talking bad about someone, behind that person. It's quite preferable if it's done in the persons presence. Quarreling has always been a negation and leads to nowhere. Rather than spend time quarreling, it's wiser one soughts for a solution to the problem. Thanks @rynow for sharing this here. Steemon.
