Initially, we boil the eggs for approximately 12 minutes.
Inicialmente, ponemos a hervir los huevos aproximadamente 12 minutos.
Next, we peel the eggs and with a knife we cut in half.
Seguidamente, pelamos los huevos y con un cuchillo cortamos a la mitad.
We remove the yolks of the eggs and pour into a container.
Retiramos, las yemas delos huevos y vertimos en un recipiente.
Then, we add a good piece of avocado and mash until the ingredients are incorporated and form the sauce.
