Good morning.

It’s strange you know but I feel the same as yesterday, maybe this is the new normal now, maybe it’s some kind of sinus thing, I don’t know, maybe my brain got out of sync. Either way, I woke with a different perspective on life, well I did yesterday actually way before I went to bed. It was nice to get out of bed and go for a walk regardless, even if my sleep was irregular I still got more sleep than usual. I needed it, I probably need more. I’m gonna try and take naps between the sprints today just to be easier on myself.

Seems like we are both in the same headspace right now, sharing the same overloaded, emotive brain. Maybe we transatlantically swapping brain cycle and we have discovered how to do because we both unlocked the human quantum protocol at the same time, so we are linked together. I know you’ve got quite a busy going on there, nice to have the clients back in the mix thou so you know they are there. So clutch to have them already in and running in the background like that.

Totally understand where ya coming from with the wanting to rest and go to bed early, burning all those brain cycles, pretty sure my brain stopped firing for a second and rebooted yesterday, still feel a little odd like I said but stepping through, determined to rest between sprints, meditate, rest and recharge and make sure I walk every single day this week, might even make a walk mid week to the laundrette to do the washing with the blue pulley along trolley.

Don’t worry I’ll have bananas and eggs to fuel me, I just picked them up this morning, oh also I saw a bus around 8am that heads to Burton go passed me in the high street so looks like that might be the one to get into town, grab a coffee and then do the whole train situation, I’ll test it out next week ;)

Ok, so client came through with the VO and a new audio track so I’m gonna jump straight on the clock to crush these first two hours this morning on that because why the heck not right, it’s there and it means we have some great forward momentum on Monday morning. Gotta crush the hours when they are there. By the time you wake I should be finished that sprint so that works perfectly, will have breakfast then, probably gonna lay of the coffee today, like I said - trying to be kind to myself.

Bit by bit love, take ya time, take time outs,
Plenty of water and naps and rest if needed.

Yat lol your girl got 10 hours last night lol, woke up at 5:55 READY to go, kinda like that anxiety fueled energy but it’s energy none the left and I gotta go with it. Hoping to chop back the ever growing jungle of tasks, And get some hours in myself- phew one step at a time 💕
