Not to mention too early but yes, Clickbait! Well, it's somehow magic to me. You know the house I'm working on right now is like 20+ years old or even so. Since I remember stuffs, it already exists. It's that old that the door and all are wooden and most of them have 12 little piece of glass on them.
To cover those see-through glass, I was debating if I should use curtains, change them all to another type of glass or even change the whole door. It's a real wood though!
I can't just throw away that piece the nature have given.
To make people not able to see people on the other side of the room while saving cost on renovation/decoration, I have looking for options. I found one! One probably the best way at least for now (If you think there's any other better, sure let me know :D)
The Vacuum Sticker
90 x 100 cm. cost 240 ($8) and can cover all the glass pieces of one whole door
- After finding out the exact size, cut the sticker a bit bigger than that.
- Use water mixed with soap or dish washing liquid spray all over the area you want to place the sticker
- Place it!
- Get rid of the air using whatever card you have
- cut the unwanted edge using cutter
Sounds easy, doesn't it?
Here's what we had done so far in the first few minutes, the one in the middle and the lower left.
No, it's not that easy peasy!
I don't think I would finish it in half a day (2 doors). Lucky enough, my lovely sis and her bf were here helping. We have tried hard, and took us like 5 hours to finish the whole thing. It's just hard when you try to cut the edge.
Result?
I wouldn't say I'm impressed completely with the products but still it is a magic. It looks good enough and can help me through this time until I have an income from the business downstair.
Lemme know what you think with the method!
